Semaglutide +vitamin B12

Subcutaneous injection given in two rounds (6 weeks per round), with appropriate diet followed by nutritionist to help maximize not only the weight loss but most importantly help in maintaining or loosing new weight without the need of medication. Patient are followed weekly at the clinic to ensure safety and guide with diet change.
